Today's organizations must have both long- and short-term business horizons. Many of our engagements include
project work phased in over one or more years. This allows the
implementation of projects and solutions to fit into the normal flow of the
organization's
events. Of course, we are also available to implement projects and
solutions in
shorter time frames to meet the needs of the organization.
Organizations wishing to establish a client
relationship with Lighthouse Associates normally request an initial onsite
visit. This visit is conducted by a senior member of our consulting staff
who can provide an assessment of the organization's current management systems
and readiness to implement new or modified systems.
The initial onsite visit is normally provided on an
expenses only basis. After the initial onsite
visit, our consultant will provide a proposed work plan and estimated consulting
fees consistent with your discussions..

Engagements are normally billed on a project
basis. Per diem-based billing is also available for certain types of
services.
Travel and other out-of-pocket expenses are always in
addition to project and per diem fees and are billed as incurred.
