Lighthouse Associates Consulting, LLC announces creation of online employee opinion survey business unit

Lighthouse Associates Consulting, LLC, today announced the formation of LAC-Surveys.com^™ an online employee opinion survey provider focusing on the small to mid-size employer market of 50 to 250 employees. LAC-Surveys.com^™ will allow these employers to conduct employee opinion surveys with many of the features found in larger, more expensive surveys, but at a price point that fits into their budgets.

Using web-based technology, employers can select the questions they want to ask, group the questions into topic areas, determine how the survey results should be grouped (e.g., by department, by length of service, etc.), and import a list of employees who will be eligible to take the survey. Employees will take the survey by going to a dedicated website. All raw data remain with LAC-Surveys.com^™ and only aggregated group reports will be returned to the employer.

Turnaround from start to finish for the survey is estimated at 30 days depending on the duration of the survey administration.

According to Lighthouse Associates Consulting CEO Jeff Dunlap, Ph.D., "the entry of this new product into the survey market marks the first time that employers in this size range have been able to conduct employee surveys with all of the key features of larger and more expensive surveys."

Pricing for the survey starts at $500 depending on the number of employees and questions. Dunlap, who has more than 20 years experience in conducting employee opinion surveys,  indicated that the survey should be available for employer purchase on November 1, 2004.
